Definition of "Common Channel Signaling" |
Common Channel Signaling is signaling in which a group of voice-and-data channels share a separate channel that is used only for control signals. This arrangement is an alternative to channel associated signaling, in which control signals, such as those for synchronizing and bounding frames, are carried in the same channels as voice and data signals. / In logic negation, also called logical complement is an operation that takes a proposition p to another proposition not p, written p, which is interpreted intuitively as being true when p is false and false when p is true. Negation is thus a unary single-argument logical connective. |
