A product term of several product terms logically added together. / In Boolean algebra, any Boolean function can be put into the canonical disjunctive normal form or minterm canonical form and its dual canonical conjunctive normal form or maxterm canonical form. Other canonical forms include the complete sum of prime implicants or Blake canonical form and its dual, and the algebraic normal form also called Zhegalkin or Reed–Muller. / In-band signaling is the sending of metadata and control information within the same band or channel used for voice example DTMF tones and can be heard by the callers, as opposed to out-of-band signals example SS7 control signals which cannot be heard as they are on a different channel or band. |
