FET BIASING The parameters of FET are also temperature dependent like BJT. The drain resistance of FET also increases with the increase of temperature. Hence, drain current reduces. It is required to keep the drain current stable at its quiescent value due to the wide difference in maximum and minimum transfer characteristics.
