Definition of "Armature Rotor" |
The rotor is the part or the motor that spins. The armature rotor is wire wound and has a laminated core similar to that of the squirrel cage rotor. / Armature rotor generally refers to one of the two principle electrical components of an electromechanical machine generally in a motor or generator but it may also mean the pole piece of a permanent magnet or electromagnet, or the moving iron part of a solenoid or relay. / Except for star-based networks, the easiest way to add more computers into a network is by daisy-chaining, or connecting each computer in series to the next. If a message is intended for a computer partway down the line, each system bounces it along in sequence until it reaches the destination. A daisy-chained network can take two basic forms: linear and ring. |
