Definition of "Attraction" |
The force that tends to make two objects approach each other. Attraction exists between two unlike magnetic poles (north and south) or between two unlike static charges. / The physical phenomena arising from the behavior of electrons and protons that is caused by the attraction of particles with opposite charges and the repulsion of particles with the same charge. / Dielectric Loss quantifies a dielectric material's inherent dissipation of electromagnetic energy into, example, heat. It can be parameterized in terms of either the loss angle or the corresponding loss tangent tan δ. Both refer to the phasor in the complex plane whose real and imaginary parts are the resistive,lossy component of an electromagnetic field and its reactive lossless counterpart. |
