Definition of "Milliamp" |
Because milli is a prefix meaning a thousand, a milliamp is one thousandth of an ampere. Usually used for rating batteries, the higher the milliamps, the more power the cell contains. / Fixed wireless refers to wireless devices or systems that are situated in fixed locations, such as an office or home, as opposed to devices that are mobile, such as cell phones and PDAs.
