Definition of "Outside Broadcasting" |
Outside Broadcasting is the electronic field production of television or radio programmes typically to cover television news and sports television events from a mobile remote broadcast television studio. Professional video camera and microphone signals come into the production truck for processing, recording and possibly transmission. / Carrier-To-Receiver noise density is the ratio of the received carrier power to the receiver noise power density. It tells us whether it's possible to lock on to the carrier and if the information encoded in the signal can be retrieved, given the amount of noise present in the received signal. The carrier-to-receiver noise density ratio is usually expressed in dBHz. |
