Zero offset is the deviation in output or reading from the ideal point at zero pressure. / The difference expressed in degrees between true zero and an indication given by a measuring instrument. / Statistical multiplexer refers to a time-division multiplexing technique which involves arbitrarily allocating time slots based on need. It is quite similar to dynamic bandwidth allocation. A statistical multiplexer can be found in digital audio and video broadcasting. |
