The following equipments are needed for electroplating shop :-

1. Source D.C. low voltage and heavy current. It may be motor generator set or selenium metal rectifiers.
2. Agitating plant.
3. Filter plant
4. Steel vats (P.V.C. Lining or lead lining)
5. High speed buffing machine
6. Silicon heaters for maintaining temperature.
7. Steel vats or P.V.C . buckets for washing the job
8. Electric heater or stove
