Inductive susceptance (BL). Just as conductance is the reciprocal of resistance (i.e. G = 1/R), similarly, inductive susceptance is the reciprocal of inductive reactance i. e. Like conductance, the unit of inductive susceptance is also siemen (S). The inductive susceptance of a purely inductive circuit is its ability to pass cun-ent through it. The greater the inductive susceptance (i. e. the smaller the inductive reactance) of a purely inductive circuit, the greater is its ability to pass current through it and vice-versa | |
