LOGIC OPERATORS

In Boolean algebra, there are only three basic operations:

• The conjunction (logical product) commonly called AND, symbolized by (.).
• The disjunction (logical sum) commonly called OR, symbolized by (+).
• The negative commonly called NOT, symbolized by (-).

In logic circuits, these operations are performed within a computer. All the other functions can be performed by combinations of these three basic logic operations
