Time Response of control system-

Delay time It is the time required for the response to reach line half the final value.

Rise time It is the time required for the response to rise from 10 to 90% of its final value.

Peak time It is the time required for the response to reach the first peak of the overshoot.

Maximum overshoot It is the maximum value of the response curve measured from unity.

Overshoot It is the maximum difference between the transient and steady state solutions for unit-step function input.

Settling time It is the time required for the response to a unit-step function input to reach and remain within a specified percentage of its final value
