Table Voltage and Current Relations The following points are north nothing : Conversion from 3-phase to 6-phase can be easily achieved by having two similar secondary windings for each of the primary of the three-phase transformers. There are many ways of connecting the six secondaries for this purpose such as (i) Diametral (ii) Double-delta (iii) Double-star. The output D.C. voltage of rotary converter can be changed by the following methods : (i) By using tap-changing transformer (ii) By reactance control method (iii) By induction regulator method (iv) By synchronous booster control method. | |
